Deletion scope
What can be deleted
We remove data associated with the verified account unless a limited record must be retained by law.
Account information
Login identifiers, settings, and authentication links
Profile
Name, avatar, preferences, and information you provided
Chats
Conversations with AI or other participants
Uploads
Documents, images, attachments, and derived data
If content belongs to an organization or another participant, we may preserve their independent copy or records needed to protect their rights. Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play if applicable.
Process
What happens next

Request received
The form creates a privacy item and immediately returns a request ID.
- 02
Verify ownership
We contact the submitted email. Never send us a password or verification code.
- 03
Delete and detach
After verification, we delete or irreversibly de-identify data in the active systems.
- 04
Confirm completion
Usually completed within 15 days and no later than 30 days after receipt.
Legally retained data
Only the minimum required record is retained, access is restricted, and it is deleted or anonymized when the applicable period ends.
Isolated backups
Up to 90 days
Overwritten on the backup rotation and not used for product features during that period.
Security and network logs
At least 6 months where applicable
To meet cybersecurity, fraud-prevention, and incident-investigation obligations.
Transaction, tax, and corporate records
7–30 years where applicable
As required locally; for example, Hong Kong business records are commonly kept for 7 years and PRC accounting archives for 10 or 30 years.
Deletion-request audit record
3 years after completion
Limited to the request ID, verification and outcome, and applicable legal basis for evidence and disputes.
